Well, for weeks now, Indigo has been living a happy solitary life in Heidi's room. She doesn't seem to want to have anything to do with her step-kitty sibs although she is very friendly and happy to see any of us two legged pets when we visit. Here's a before picture of a much happier Indigo.
As they say, all good things must come to an end. To accommodate our big family, we agreed it would be a good idea to split Heidi's room -- the largest room in the house -- into two rooms. Heidi will have the larger room and Billy the smaller one. When he is away at college, Heidi can use the room as an art studio.
Great idea, no? Yes! Today, TB, Linda and I went up to the room to make way for the contractor. We had to move furniture around or out, put away knick knacks and all that good stuff. It was a lot of work and it was definitely not appreciated by Indigo!
When it got really noisy and busy, Heidi brought Indy down to our bedroom (mine and TB's). I think she's still in here--hiding under the bed!
