Amber's been in hiding most of the time lately. Or, if I happen to see her sunning herself, I usually can't get back in time with a camera to take a picture. The other day was different, though. There was a nice big spot of sunshine on the floor of our dining room and Amber was busy grooming herself.
She even kindly sits still for one more portrait before going back to sleep.

What a beauty Amber is! That was the perfect spot of sun too.
Amber is spectacularly beautiful. It is not often you see a longhair tortie like her. She keeps herself to wonderfully nice.
Now how come longhairs are in the sun on these hot days? it seem that the hotter it is, the more my longhair looks for sunspots!
