All of the gang have their own special places they like to hide. Usually, I can't get a picture of them because they aren't accessible to me. For instance, Indigo goes under Heidi's bed. Kosmo has his own place under our bed. Amber gets behind the furniture. I wasn't sure where Mouse's hiding place was until just the other day.
This landscape has been in front of our hope chest for the last couple of months, ever since the living room was repainted. TB keeps meaning to hang it but has been suffering such health setbacks it's the last thing on our minds. We usually just walk by the painting to get to the bathroom and don't give it a second glance. One day, however, I happened to look over it and down at the top of the hope chest and lo and behold!
Mouse is happily curled up on a pile of clothes on top of the hope chest, totally screened by the landscape unless you get up close and look behind it!
Don't worry, Mouse, I won't tell the rest of the gang where you hide!
Amber was in a particularly playful mood one morning and not only showed me her tummy, tails and toes...
She also wiggled around on her back as if to say, this is fun, ma bean, put down that camera and join me!
The boys have an intense sibling rivalry going on. Each one wants to be the center of attention. I was taking a picture of TB with Kosmo when Mouse jumped up and started a ruckus. Don't worry, Mouse, we love you all!

A smart cat knows where to hide.Sometimes you hide in plain sight. ;)
Every day I go round the house during nap times and check where everybody is sleeping. there are several favorite places to nap, under the bed, under the futon, on the hopechest, on a comforter on top of old pillows in the bedroom, on the back of the couch or in the sunroom in a kitty bed. Keeps me busy.

Great photos! Loved it. I loaded your page just as Buddy decided, for the first time in over a year, to play with cat toys. But then they bored him (they aren't alive you know) and settled down to devour an electric cord.
