i bet that cat needs a lot of brushing. we have parsnips here, they're giant white carrots. sometimes people call swedes (rutabugers) turnips. so its all very confusing. :)
I would love to visit the pine barrans with you. i might have to wait to visit the states however with the credit crunch and all. The short bread was nice although i didn't really follow the recipe as i added olive oil to it, which made it taste of fruit which was nice.
