In the aftermath of those days of driving rain and wind, we learned that many many trees had come down all over our town. The day after the worst of the storm had passed, we were on our way home from a store and saw yet another large tree down. TB had his chain saw in the trunk and so he stopped to get a few logs to season and carve into totem poles and other things.
Clean up is always so hard.

That's sad for the people but it would be nice for our open fire to have some logs, lol !
So many trees have come down this year in our area too - you can see the debris all over!
