Stupid Blogger

I thought I'd like to try a 3 column layout because my blog was getting really lopsided on the right. I'm not sure I like it, though, because I haven't been able to get my banner to post. I'm not sure why it won't and it's driving me nuts. I know, I need to go search through pages of blogger help but just figured I'd whine and cry first.
