On Sunday, we had a big family party over at my mother-in-law's little house. There's a traditional gift-giving game played. The gifts are all gag or dollar store presents and we draw numbers, choose a wrapped /bagged gift or--if someone else has gotten something we like--we take that gift. Anyhow, when it was my turn I was attracted to a great big Santa bag...and inside was this red plastic football helmet. So I put it on my head and apparently made a big hit with my brothers-in-law who began yelling that I was their hero. It was all in great fun!
You have a wonderful sense of humor my love. You are my hero especially!

I really wish my family would do something like that instead of the traditional gifts...but nobody in my family has my odd sense of humor :(
But that looks like a lot of fun!
