Saturday Sundries

It's been that kind of a day.

Want to be a new, unread book whose only distinguishing feature is a Book Crossing label? I have about 500 books I think I'm going to try to sell. There's just one problem: I can't seem to get my book club books listed. Something's up with the ISBNs. There's nothing wrong with those books that I'm aware of. They look and read exactly the same as one you'd buy in a book store. Anyway, I registered myself with half.com and my user name there is Irishcoda. I just checked to get a URL to show the books I have listed...and I think I sold one already, LOL! Maybe I'll try to move the book club books on Ebay.

I was talking to Little T's father today and am sad to hear that in one way his behavior is deteriorating. He's not listening well anymore to directions and I don't know if this would be an issue anyway but I rather suspect it's a result of all the tumult in his life right now. It has to do with breaking away and running from adults--sometimes right toward a parking lot. This can be downright dangerous and I suggested that dad mention it to the teachers to see what kind of strategies their using. We're going to see him tomorrow and I'm hoping we won't have any problems...but I'm not going to hold my breath :P.

In fact, we are supposed to drive Kristin and her friend to work tomorrow and it's right by Kennan's house. Kennan suspects that Tomas will refuse to go with us, though, because he's refused to get in the car with his mother! I guess we'll see what happens.

What do you plan on doing with your tax rebate check (economic stimulus package)?

I guess we'll be trying to pay the mortgage with it :P We're in the process of working with the company so that we don't lose the house.
