Sunday Sundries

Wow, it was too easy to fall out of the habit of blogging! I was trying to figure out a way to get back into it and thought of memes. That's the best I can do.

Where've I been? Our internet went out the last time I blogged and it took several days for the tech to come out and fix it. I thought I'd be suffering withdrawal something fierce and was surprised that I really didn't miss the computer much at all. The only thing I missed was hearing from friends.

I guess I didn't miss the internet much because I've been spending a lot of time worrying. I worry about every little thing.

There's TB's surgery, which I have sort of come to grips with.

There's the fact that the three kids will have no health insurance as of October 1. That upsets me to no end. We did buy insurance for Kristin through NJ Family Care (it's not free--I can't believe how much it's costing!) but we don't know when the effective date is. The three of them all have prescriptions and I am not sure how we will get them.

There's the fact that the lawyer tells us he wants another $800 to file the bankruptcy papers. They're all shysters.

The list goes on and on but it's rather depressing and I'm not sure that's what I wanted to do with this blog. Right now cat blogging isn't appealling to me either, not to mention the fact that the cats are tired of the flashy thing.

Anyway, here goes with the memes.

This picture was taken at a small zoo not far from our home. We'd taken Tomas there one Saturday morning and had a great time!

There are lots of things you have to worry about indeed ! I never understood the non existing health insurance system in the States. In all European countries I know we have to pay for legal health insurance which is deducted with other taxes from your salary. So everybody has health insurance wanted or not it is a public thing and not private. Of course you can also take a private one, which completes the legal one.
The girafe picture is very nice !
