Update on Little T

Ahhhhhhhhhh, this is a sigh of relief!

After Little T was hurt last week, his dad took pictures and took them to the lawyer. The lawyer flipped out and took them down to the judge who also blew a gasket and had the police deliver a letter to Linda and her boyfriend to appear at a hearing--today. I didn't want to post anything about it last week until I knew what was going to happen.

The judge ordered supervised visits when Linda sees Tomas; no more overnight visits. The judge said to Linda, you slapped him! Linda kept saying no, she hadn't. The judge said, well, show me how it happened then but it didn't look very believable.

To be honest, I don't think Linda did it at all. I think it was the boyfriend and I also speculate that she wasn't even home when it happened. I think she went out for cigarettes or something and left T with the boyfriend.

The only ones who know the truth are lying (the two adults) or is unable to tell us (Little T).

The judge ordered Linda and the boyfriend to take safe parenting classes, especially after hearing sometimes there's no food in the place. The boyfriend has a child around 2. How can you have no food in the house with a small child? Please!

Linda called and said to her dad, "I want you three out of my life!"

What does that mean? Is she not going to see T on Wednesdays? We're the ones supervising the visits although it can take place at at the courthouse if she wants to be that way about it!
