Bad Kitty Cats Festival of Chaos #18

First, some glad and sad news. The glad: Pet is home from the hospital and we hope she is much better! What a harrowing experience! All of us totally hate the whole hospital ordeal and we are so happy Pet is home again!

Unfortunately, happiness is counterbalanced with sadness and mourning. Our very deepest condolences and cyber hugs go out to Moxie for the loss of her dear precious Bentley who crossed the Rainbow Bridge November 8. He was so beautiful, in body and in spirit.

Mouse says, here is a pitchur of me helping my mom bean make the festival of chaos. See how I'm helpin? See me right in the middle of da desk? But at least I am lying down and not sitting up in front of the screen! That's helping! Mom Bean has been spending too much time sneezing and hacking and working on some foolish stuff called Nanowrimo and hasn't taken the time to make a kewl movie! Feh!

My, mom bean wishes she'd known about Feliway when she had Paddiwack! What is Feliway? Karen at Author Mom With Dogs tells all and shows proof it works! Paddiwack shredded up all mom bean's furniture too! Not us. We was all adopted without our front clawses so we couldn't rip and tear even did we want to. Only Indy has her clawsies but she lives up there with the Heidi bean who doesn't notice any shredding.

Learn while you sleep, it's easy! Just ask KT of The Scratching Post.

Are you hungry for a tasty treat? Then you'll want to visit Parker and see if her beans have any kitty kookies left!

SB at Watermark shows off her Cousin Prairie Mary's kittens' pictures. That one little guy, Vinnie, reminds me of Nora. Maybe he'll be a famous pianist too.

Everyone must have seen Nora, right? Here's a musical interlude.

And now on with the show. Here's the clean part:

Amber sez, I feel pretty, oh so pretty, I feel pretty and clean and nice!

Abby shows off lots of toes, whiskers, her tummy and tongue during her ablutions in the sun.

From Mind of Mog there is a lovely picture of Meowza, some tummy, toes and whiskers shots, a neighbor kitty with an injured leg on one day and then again on Friday.

Meowza shows off a very lovely tummy for Lisa Violet as well as an interesting Wordless Wednesday. If there was sound with pictures, I don't think Meowza would have been wordless! Meowza also goes from dirty to clean one paw at a time.

Not to be outdone or outshone by Meowza and the Neighbor Cat, Izzy weighs in with a right neighborly pose. The three buddies, Meowza, Izzy and Neighbor Cat, hang out together. Here's an example of how a cat can be clean and dirty at the same time.

At Cat Synth, Luna opts for the clean and comfy mode.

Samantha and Tigger of Life From A Cat's Perspective took baths and were all nice and clean in time to welcome the Discovery Crew back to earth. Samantha also wonders if she sleeps funny. We don't think so, looks pretty normal to us.

At the Catboys' Realm, it looks like Othello (hope I've got it right!!!) is learning that snow is not just clean it can be very inconvenient too: cold, wet and keeps kitties indoors!

Correction: That's Kashim at the window not Othello! The last picture is that of Othello. Sorry, Kashim--you are both handsome fellas!

Like most of our loved kitty cats, Willow is a skilled bather. And in addition to keeping warm, she knows that another good thing about having a maternal cuddle buddy to snuggle with is that you can get bathed in those hard to reach places.

And now the lowdown on dirt:

Hmmm...there's something rotten in Denmark, or is it Las Vegas? Can Cheysuli keep his paws clean?

Catch up with all the dirty cat trash at Bad Kitty Cats Journal!

Kosmo sez, hey, what's this doing here? There's no dirt under here, no dirt!

Well...let's put a little light on the subject!

Yeah, all right, so it's a little dirty under here, what do you want from me? I'm hiding from the Kristin bean and she went and founded me anyway!

Mouse sez, zzzzzzzzzzzz, I'm all nice & clean and gonna go sleepy-bye now!

That's all folks, have a great rest-of-the-weekend! Mom bean's got to get back to sneezing and Nanowrimo!

NanoWrimo sounds like a great food. Can you eat it? - Ohhhh wait, well what is up with these humans, if you can't eat it why play with it. Hmph...

Great Festival! Even in between sneezes giggles. Thanks for hosting!

We have to admit your photographer is very brave because our human in scared to see whats under her bed. Scary stuff. It doesn't look so bad under there for Kitty cats. hehe

Love to you all! Purrs and Hugs
